The Credit Policy of the Company as applicable to our Customers is as follows:

Credits Applicable:

Credits will be applicable to Customers Accounts under the following circumstances:

1) Blocking Accounts:
Clients blocking their accounts due to various reasons including traveling, personal reasons etc have to inform us in advance of when their accounts need to be blocked and for what duration.

Upon Activation after the completion of such period, credit in amount equivalent to the number of days blocked is immediately applied to the client’s account so that it is automatically adjusted in the subsequent subscription.

2) Service Downtime:
In certain circumstances, when outages to customer services are due to malfunctioning of the equipment at the Access point and/or at repeater points which are our responsibility and which may affect customers in certain areas covered by the same, credit is given in amount equivalent to the downtime which will again be adjusted against the subsequent subscription.

However, efforts are made immediately to repair/replace the affected equipments to reduce the downtime to the minimum possible.

Credits Not Applicable:

Credits will not be applicable to Customers Accounts under the following circumstances which are beyond our control:

1) Power:
No credits are applicable for service disruption due to disruption of power by Tanesco. We shall try to ensure that our main Access Points are up and running even during power disruptions for as long as possible by making use of Generators / Inverters etc so that those clients with generators or have power and are getting connection from the access points where power has been supplied or is there can still use our services. However we do not commit 100% backup and hence no credit shall be applicable in these situations.

2) Malfunctioning Customers Equipment:
No credits are applicable if clients do not receive our service due to problems in their computers etc which may be due to viruses or changed settings.
